When you can't play videos, please check your Internet connection first. If you are well-connected to the Internet, restart the game, and keep it open for a while. It takes time for the ads to load. After a few minutes, you'll be able to play the videos again.
Some ads may need longer time to load. If there's a blank screen during the video playing and the screen fails to skip itself, or if you can’t close a video by clicking the ‘x’ button on the ad page, please restart the game to skip it. If the same issue only occurs on a particular ad, please provide us the sponsor’s name of that ad as well as the screenshot of it. We'll tackle that issue as soon as possible.
