a. If you made a purchase but never receive the items you’re supposed to get, please check if you have received a purchase confirmation from Google Play Store. If you haven’t received the purchase confirmation, that suggests the purchase failed and the money was not taken from your account. You are welcome to try again! If you have received the purchase confirmation, something might be wrong with the connection between the game and Google Play Store while the purchase was made. 
b. If it was a ‘Remove Ads’ purchase, just tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen and then tap ‘Restore’. The ads will be removed easily. 
c. If it was a coin pack, please send us a screenshot of your purchase confirmation. We will help you restore manually.
